About Us

The ACC in ACComplished stands for my three kids, who are such an important part of my life. I bring that same care to every organization I work with.

I’m Maureen, and I’ve spent over30 years in accounting, working in both public and private accounting, including with CPA firms and Enrolled Agents. That background taught me to do things the right way: accurate records, careful compliance, and books that hold up to a CPA’s review. I’m currently earning my QuickBooks Online Certified Bookkeeper and ProAdvisor certifications. Today I help small businesses, churches, and private schools across Orange County keep their books accurate, their payroll right, and their staff compliant with California requirements.My work goes beyond the numbers. I’ve prepared a church’s financial records for audit, built board-ready financial reports and budgets, and set up HR systems for a private school. Those systems include new-hire paperwork, employee handbook acknowledgements, and the required safety and workplace violence prevention trainings, with certificates and tracking that run automatically.

I know how overwhelming California requirements can be, especially for organizations with just a few employees and a lot on their plate. My goal is to simplify the process, keep you compliant, and give you peace of mind, so you can focus on your mission.
